About Reorder PDF Pages
SwiftPDFEdit's Reorder PDF Pages tool lets you rearrange the pages of a PDF visually and save the new sequence as a fresh file. Every page is rendered as a numbered thumbnail in your browser, you move pages until the document reads correctly, and the rebuilt PDF downloads with the order you chose baked in.
Documents arrive out of order more often than they should: a sheet-fed scanner that pulled two pages at once, an appendix that ended up before the section it supports, an executive summary written last that belongs first, or a merged file where one contributor's chapter landed in the wrong slot.
Seeing the pages matters. Reordering by page number alone means constantly flipping back to a viewer to remember what page 14 actually is; thumbnails let you rearrange by content. Rendering happens locally with the same PDF engine that powers our editor, so previews are faithful to the finished file.
When you save, the document is rebuilt by copying page objects into their new positions — no re-rendering, no re-compression, no quality loss and no watermark. Page content itself is untouched, which means printed folios stay attached to their pages; if the document has visible page numbers, re-run Add Page Numbers after reordering so the printed sequence matches the new order.

How to reorder PDF pages

Go to swiftpdfedit.com/reorder-pdf-pages and sign in to your free account.
Add your PDF
Drag the file in or click to browse. Every page is rendered locally as a numbered thumbnail — large documents take a moment.
Rearrange the pages
Use the move-earlier and move-later controls on each thumbnail until the pages are in the order you want. The position label updates as you go.
Save the new order
Click Save new order. The PDF is rebuilt with pages copied into their new positions, without re-rendering the content.
Download the rearranged PDF
